BFF

This piece is based off another idea I had for a story. I don't know if I'd ever write it but I do want to do a story with the patch eyed girl. I wanted to do a Jon McConnell rough style piece but once again ended up over rendering it. If you haven't seen Jon's art I have a link to his blog. he has some really pro stuff there.

The vampire girl was tough to draw since I never drew anyone upside down before. AT first I was going to just have her look normal but decided to go all out with gravity. I'm not sure it was the wisest decision since if you put her right side up and she looks kind of funkay. Looking up upside down boobs reference was interesting though. Oh well I tried.

Why?

Because sometimes you just feel like drawing a fairy... Actually this was supposed to be an art test for a fantasy kids book I was thinking of but I ended up way over rendering it and it became it's own thing.

Layla: Live or Die art

I drew these are two pictures for fun when I was working on an independent movie called "Layla: Live or Die." It was produced and directed by Michael Andres. I gave him these two images to use but I don't know when the film will be released.

Oh, What!? WoW armor love.

Sure my manhood was questioned when I designed the tier 9 Druid set but at least some people enjoyed it. These are two cosplayers who made a costume of my armor set. I think they did a really good job. In the dark the gems and eyes actually had a glow. These pics were from Blizzcon 2011.

Where the Wild Things Are!

Pen and ink picture I created for an art blog we had going with some of my coworkers.

Old art made new

These are some old characters I made probably 5-6 years ago. Instead of tossing them out I'm going to roll them into Space Prison. That's the Warden with Cat Girl who will soon be SPace Secretary T.E.S.S. I'll throw in Captain Beats somewhere in there.

Space Cat

Here's a 3 panel Space Prison strip with a new character Space Cat. I know what your thinking. "Where's the edge? Where's the talk of balls and rounding up the homeless and dumping them into the sea?" Hey! back off man these are my first strips! I think I'm pretty satisfied with the current art so I'll start getting to the inmates and adding a little more "violencia" (as they say in Spanish). More Space Prison coming soon.

Space Prison Malone's Execution!

Here's the second strip of Space Prison! I was using a noob brush in Photoshop for the last one and most of this one. I used a much better brush about 3/4 of the way through and got much better lines. I had a lot more confidence to ink this time around and I think it came out pretty well.

Any critiques or advice on any part of the comic would be appreciated! Don't shed a tear for Malone just yet. He can't escape "Space Prison" that easy.

Space Prison the first comic strip

I present you with my comic strip"Space Prison". Hopefully it will be an ongoing saga of 3-12 panel strips with Warden Anita, Her right hand man Leo, Dr. Sprunk and a cast of crazy characters.
